Gym Thread
What supplements or steroids do you use ??
How well have they worked??
What are the best to use ??
How much do they cost you ??
I've been growing my own wheat grass at home now for a few months and then grinding it to make a juice, it works better then most protein shakes and is easy and cheap.
My bro has been using deca and it has worked well, he is 2 years younger then me (hes 16) but bigger then me after 1 year of training and he is nearly taller then me as well now (height bit wasn't due to steroids)
I havn't used them before but i mite try them out for bulk building because i have nearly reached 16 stone, will have reached it in about 2-3 more weeks and then i can try them out for the first time and see how they go.
Don't reply with some dumb 1 word/short answers in this thread like "i dont use them" because i don't care whether you just use them or not, i will ban you for 2 years, faggots.
If you do use them then reply and try to answer my questions above..

I don't go to the gym anymore, sadly.
Wanna get back onto it...
But I never used to use any drugs or enhancement products. Used to just eat ALOT of protein.
I also found eating carbs helped me out when I wanted to do a long work out in the gym.
I've always thought those products are a waste of time, once you stop going to the gym it just falls back on you... Where as natural things (Food) doesn't as such..

I eat ALOT of everything but when you go to the gym, you don't really feel like doing anything, feel like a fat American after 6 burgers.
I thought it would be hard putting on weight but everyday i ate 2 oat porridge's for breakfast, with a packet of biscuits after it for the fat, lunch was 4 tuna sandwiches with pasta or boiled eggs, then some fat filled snacks at around 4-5pm, then dinner was just as much as i could fit in. I thought it would just fuck me up but it worked well.
I stopped going for 3-4 months at the end of last year because i wanted to put on more weight, my target was 15 stone but i've gone over it, will be hitting 16 at the start of next month and then i will fully get back on the training but i mite start using deca because i know it works well and carry on drinking the wheat grass too.
All these protein shakes and bullshit you see in shops don't work, it may help a little bit but thats only because its full of sugar and will give you about as much energy as 1 boiled egg (not alot), just a way for them to make money off dumb people really.

Started weights recently and put about a stone of muscle on in 3 months. Got a shoulder injury from doing cable curls so had a month off and lost a bit of muscle and piled some fat on.
Usually have 100g of porridge for breakfast, sweetner and a scoop of protein powder. 6 egg onmlette, 5 whites one whole egg too.
Usually have a chicken breast, brown rice and mixed veg 3 times a day. Also have a small bowl of porridge (approx 30g) with some natural peanut butter. Usuall also have 2 more protein shakes in the day.
I do boxing training as my cardio and do weights on a 3 day split.
Take multi vitamins, cod liver oil and my protein is ordered in bulk from a Japanese company that only sells over the net. Made decent savings buying a 30kg box.

Surely if you don't feel like doing anything when you go to the gym, you're either not eating the correct meat or just eating bare shit? Or you're just not motivated lol? Although I was only about 14 when I went to the gym and was about 11/12 stone'ish I just ate how I felt, ate when hungry but made sure it wasn't all shit. But whenever I hit the gym, I was always willing to work my hardest to fulfill what I was there for. Although it turned out to be bad as I started to get over confident and began to try & lift stuff which I couldn't, ended up fucking my back up lol.

Yh, ain't very motivated when i get there, always loads of people i know there as well so end up chattin for about 15 minz and fuckin about lol - thats half of the time gone.
It was a mix of food really, still had carbs from things like wheat, oats and fruits and some of the stuff was like 4 cheese burgers at the same time (to help me gain more weight) lol
But i am now ready for it, got rid of all that stuff from my diet and i will still be putting on weight from muscle.
