I thought it would be hard putting on weight but everyday i ate 2 oat porridge's for breakfast, with a packet of biscuits after it for the fat, lunch was 4 tuna sandwiches with pasta or boiled eggs, then some fat filled snacks at around 4-5pm, then dinner was just as much as i could fit in. I thought it would just fuck me up but it worked well.
I stopped going for 3-4 months at the end of last year because i wanted to put on more weight, my target was 15 stone but i've gone over it, will be hitting 16 at the start of next month and then i will fully get back on the training but i mite start using deca because i know it works well and carry on drinking the wheat grass too.
All these protein shakes and bullshit you see in shops don't work, it may help a little bit but thats only because its full of sugar and will give you about as much energy as 1 boiled egg (not alot), just a way for them to make money off dumb people really.
